- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders using data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts while establishing industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
