Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to commercialize emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Author high-impact thought leadership and white papers positioning Innovatech as a futurist authority
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic partners, startups, and industry disruptors
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans with measurable ROI
- Advose executive team on disruptive market opportunities and existential risks
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops for global stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston)
