Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 Strategic Horizon Plan through scenario modeling and trend analysis

- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps for healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary Anticipatory Intelligence Framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year horizon scanning projects
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic forecasting tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario planning software
