Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
- Advose on ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategy
- Experience leading high-impact teams in tech or consulting environments
- Certification in Foresight (ACF or CFIP) strongly preferred
