Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, Web4.0) to map strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align vision on future-state capabilities
- Author quarterly foresight reports translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience leading cross-continental strategic initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state frameworks implemented by Fortune 500 companies
