Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to identify opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor teams in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
