As our Futurist Strategist, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and present disruptive insights to global stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum adoption, biotech convergence)
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Champion innovation workshops across global offices to embed future-thinking culture
- Represent company at industry forums (World Economic Davos, SXSW Future, etc.)
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-augmented analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or market intelligence with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles (3+ years ahead accuracy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Expertise in at least one emerging domain: AGI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Proficient in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter Pro)
