Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, social, and economic domains to identify 2026 disruption vectors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into executable business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development and innovation pipelines
- Author whitepapers and trend briefings for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Champion ethical innovation principles in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with proficiency in futures research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend forecasts that materialized
