- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities across industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic foresight impact on business outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (portfolio/portfolio)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
