Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum/AI convergence
- Produce actionable scenario plans for regulatory shifts and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging tech investments with future market demands
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists to build next-generation strategic capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI-powered trend analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published futurist work or industry thought leadership
