Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports analyzing emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for future-proofing core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Create scenario-planning models for high-impact future states (2026-2030)
- Monitor and analyze signals from quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology frontiers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential future outlooks or industry disruption reports
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-strategy translation for Fortune 500 companies
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) required
