Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) and their commercial implications for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight briefings for executive leadership
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future-facing business models
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization capabilities using advanced analytics tools
- Credibility within global futurist communities (WFSF, APF, etc.)
- Portfolio published strategic foresight work or thought leadership
