Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify 2026+ opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating the 2026 landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advise executive teams on long-term innovation portfolios and adaptation strategies
- Drive Horizon Dynamics' 2026 research agenda and publish breakthrough findings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ forecasting work or impact on organizational strategy
