Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026+ Trend Reports' with data-driven insights
- Advise C-suite on emerging technologies and societal shifts requiring strategic pivots
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and modeling
