Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy innovations
- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market entry strategies
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future-of-work scenarios and industry transformation frameworks
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation initiatives
- Portfolio of published futurism work or previous thought leadership in relevant domains
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
