- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership
- Lead scenario planning workshops for product development and market positioning
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Create compelling future narratives to align stakeholders and drive innovation
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and update strategic roadmaps quarterly
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and predictive modeling
- Certification in foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFSP, CIP)
