Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Proofing' workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across verticals
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports synthesizing signals from AI, biotech, and space exploration sectors
- Partner with Product Innovation to prototype next-gen interfaces and user experiences
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through stakeholder engagement
- Represent company vision at global futurism conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Prior experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures work or implemented innovation frameworks
