Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and quantify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging markets and next-gen customer experiences
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and industry trend reports
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track exponential technology adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-industry disruption modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
