Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce executive-level trend reports on AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Design and launch pilot initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with data-backed confidence
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals that could impact our 2026 objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources into coherent narratives
