- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Certification in futures studies or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEPVL)
