Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap with quarterly milestones
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Present future trend reports to stakeholders with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Oversee innovation pipeline development from ideation to pilot launch
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
