Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynotes, publications, and media engagements
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year future scenarios that drove business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
