Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities in quantum/AI/biotech sectors
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports with scenario planning for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-gen technologies (Web4.0, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Guide organizational adaptation to regulatory shifts in AI governance and ethical tech deployment
- Present future outlooks at global forums including CES, Web Summit, and Davos
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and signal detection frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI ethics, and biotech convergence trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
