As a key member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll identify emerging trends, assess disruptive technologies, and develop actionable strategies that capitalize on future opportunities. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness into our DNA.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design innovation pipelines to accelerate future-ready product development
- Represent the company at industry foresight forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CF foresight certification)
