Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, startups, and global think tanks
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment with long-term 2026 objectives
- Pioneer Horizon's thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic change modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and foresight tools
