Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Present foresight findings through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'State of the Future' thought leadership reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
