- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Partner with product teams to incubate 3-5 disruptive initiatives annually
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating future trends into revenue-generating products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or STEM field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficient in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
