- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps

- Manage a dedicated futures research team and external thought partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy, metaverse)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
