Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans with quantifiable impact metrics
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and technological shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape (quantum computing, AGI, climate resilience)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
