Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Establish quantitative/qualitative KPIs for future-readiness maturity
- Build and maintain a global network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Present strategic recommendations at international conferences and client summits
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and strategic modeling tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 foresight accuracy rate >75%
