Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to executive board on disruptive market forces
- Author quarterly "FutureWatch" reports for investor and stakeholder audiences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic thought partners
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, neuro-interfaces, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Deliberative Mapping, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Public speaking record at global forums (TED, Davos, etc.)
