Responsibilities

- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Create executive briefings and predictive models for board-level decision making
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team with diverse expertise
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, WFS) preferred
