- Develop and maintain a comprehensive futures intelligence framework with quarterly trend reports
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to stress-test organizational resilience against potential futures
- Design and implement strategic experiments validating future-focused concepts
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating past futures research or strategic foresight projects
