Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate them into strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test organizational resilience against disruptive futures
- Develop quantitative foresight models using predictive analytics and machine learning to forecast market inflection points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces and ethical AI frameworks
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in industry journals and at global forums like Davos
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies to embed foresight into daily operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating future-vision publications or keynotes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders
