Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for rapid adaptation to paradigm shifts
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and speculative design
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members securing future-oriented funding
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience leading high-impact teams through organizational transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
