Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead high-stakes workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight into executable innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Build and manage a proprietary foresight intelligence platform integrating AI-driven trend analysis
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists to cultivate next-gen foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex foresight into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field required
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
