Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI) and commercial viability
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across industries
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate strategy with futurist focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
