Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AR/VR and decentralized systems
- Deliver executive briefings on tech disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent methodology
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech implications
