- Guide R&D investments in breakthrough technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
