Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and forecast their business impact through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Produce visionary reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies preferred
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
