Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate futuristic product concepts
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and integrate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership reports on tech ethics and human-centered innovation
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning) and trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry platforms
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
