Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast industry developments through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic foresight into corporate planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and innovation networks
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
