Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Produce annual FutureTech Impact Reports with actionable market insights
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive 2026-era startups
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global futurist forums (Singularity University, Davos Tech Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Professional certification in Futures Thinking (CFP) preferred
