Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-era technologies (neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE, MIT Press, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, SRI International methods)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent innovation track record
- Portfolio of 2026 technology roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or SFI)
