Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI consciousness
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist perspectives into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and thought leaders
- Author white papers on the societal impact of next-gen technologies
- Oversee prototyping of experimental technologies with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Champion ethical frameworks for responsible technological development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with ethical technology governance frameworks
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
