Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and renewable energy convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic visions to investors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Quantify societal impact of proposed technological paradigms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures research
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects with global impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
