Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR 3.0) for strategic investment
- Develop scenario models for technological disruption and prepare adaptive frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Present future-tech vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., published white papers, conference keynotes)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or spatial computing
- Experience developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong network with academic research institutions and venture capital firms
