Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy roadmap incorporating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum research labs and next-gen AI startups
- Deliver foresight briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech paradigms
- Mentor emerging tech specialists in future-focused innovation methodologies
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech futurism journals
- Proven experience in scaling quantum computing applications beyond theoretical models
- Expertise in developing ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Deep understanding of biotech-computer convergence implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two emerging programming paradigms (e.g., quantum assembly, neuromorphic code)
