Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with industry pioneers, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting future technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
