Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Present futuristic frameworks to stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and global labs
- Advise on ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, or biotech integration
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
